Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Customer Support Executive to join our team. The role involves handling client queries through phone and email while providing administrative assistance to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound client calls in a professional manner.

• Respond to customer queries and concerns via email and phone.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.

• Assist in preparing and maintaining reports, documents, and databases.

• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues promptly.

• Manage basic administrative tasks such as scheduling, filing, and correspondence.

• Support daily office operations and ensure smooth communication flow.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

• 0–2 years of experience in customer support, front office, or admin roles.

• Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Positive attitude, time management, and multitasking ability.

• Immediate joiners preferred.
