About the Role
We are hiring passionate and customer-oriented individuals to join the
Fraud Risk Management (FRM) Team. As part of this role, you will handle customer calls, identify and prevent potential fraud activities, and
ensure secure and seamless transactions for Flipkart customers.
Key Responsibilities
●Handle inbound and outbound calls related to fraud risk management.
●Verify customer details and flag suspicious transactions.
●Provide accurate information and resolve fraud-related queries.
●Maintain detailed case records and ensure compliance with company
policies.
●Collaborate with internal teams to ensure safe and smooth operations.
●Deliver high levels of customer service while ensuring security
protocols.
