Job Description

Work Location: Mogappair East, Chennai

Role: Customer Support / Customer Champion

· To ensure a superior customer experience by providing excellent support, resolving issues, and achieving customer satisfaction.

· Conduct market research, outreach, and lead generation activities to attract new customers and increase the customer base.

· Coordinate with customers to ensure timely payments, addressing any payment-related queries and ensuring prompt resolution of any issues.

· Work closely with vendors to confirm the accuracy of TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) deductions, ensuring compliance

· Work closely with internal teams, including sales and finance, to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

  • Morning shift

  • Weekend availability
