Job Title: Telecounselor
Location: Vaishali Nagar
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 (In-hand)

Job Description:
We are looking for a Telecounselor who will be responsible for calling leads, explaining services, and guiding potential customers. The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to convert inquiries into admissions/sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Call and follow up with leads provided by the company
Explain courses/services and resolve customer queries
Maintain lead data and update CRM/Excel
Convince and convert prospects into customers
Coordinate with the internal team when required

Requirements:

Good communication and convincing skills
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, calling tools)
Experience in telecalling/telecounseling preferred
