Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions across voice and non-voice channels.
Provide prompt, accurate, and effective resolution to customer queries.
Support customers with technical issues, troubleshooting, and process guidance.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient issue resolution.
Adhere to company policies and standard operating procedures.
Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred.
Good communication skills in English and/or Hindi (additional languages a plus).
Prior experience in BPO/customer service/technical support preferred but not mandatory.
Flexibility to work in rotational shifts (24/7 operations for international process).
Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
