Engineer (Customer Support)

Qualification: Diploma / BE – Electronics & Telecommunication
Experience: 1–3 Years
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:

Customer support for Induction Heating systems
Assembly, wiring, tuning, and testing of Induction Heating panels
On-site commissioning and system handover to customers
Troubleshooting system issues at customer locations
Warranty and post-warranty service support
Interaction with customers for technical support and service resolution
Ready to travel across India as per service requirements

Skills Required:

Strong troubleshooting and customer-handling skills
Knowledge of electronic panels and power systems
Ability to work independently at customer sites
Good communication and problem-solving abilities
