Role Summary:

Handle customer calls (inbound & outbound), resolve queries, and ensure a smooth support experience.

Responsibilities:

• Attend calls and respond to customer queries.

• Understand business processes and services.

• Learn and adapt to new tools and tasks.

• Keep records of interactions.

• Escalate issues when needed.

• Maintain quality service and reduce complaints.

• Stay updated on product/process knowledge.

Requirements:

• Good English (spoken ) and fluent Hindi.

• Willing to work in rotational shifts.

• Good communication

Eligibility:

• Any graduate/undergraduate (Govt. recognized).

• 0–6 months experience (freshers welcome]
