Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Service Representative at Vitalpeak Solutions. The role is located in Noida with flexibility for remote work. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, providing product information, and ensuring strong cordination within departments for timely production and shipping on a daily basis.
Responsibilities
Handle customer queries via chat or email
Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues
Maintain professional communication with customers
Handle order inquiries, customization questions and complaints in a professional manner
Giving all attention to all steps involved in prodution cycle
Follow company policies and procedures
Complete responsibilties given to you not mentioned in above list as per work requirement
Qualifications
At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience
Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in customer service is a plus
Available for night shifts as US based operations
Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You will be responsible for converting customers into passionate evangelists. The candidate must be very attentive in night shift.
