Job role-

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers.

• Explain the company’s products or services.

• Follow up on leads and maintain accurate records of calls and customer information.

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns.

• Maintain daily reports and update the CRM system.

• Achieve targets and meet sales goals as assigned by the team leader.
