Role: Key Account Manager (KAM) — Myntra
Location: Office (rotational shifts between 7 AM–9 PM), 6 days/week, 1 rotational week off

Qualifications:
Graduate (10+2+3) with min 1 year experience OR MBA fresher
Versant level 4
Fluent in Hindi and English
Age 18–30
Compensation:
MBA Freshers: CTC up to ₹25,000 (Take-home ~₹20,000)
Experienced: CTC up to ₹30,000 (Take-home up to ₹25,000)
Quarterly bonus: ₹4,065
Apprenticeship stipend: Freshers ₹22,500 / Experienced ₹27,000
Key responsibilities:
Manage and grow assigned seller accounts on Myntra
Handle seller queries and provide timely coordination between operations, catalog, and logistics
Monitor sales, pricing, discounts, and returns
Prepare simple sales and discount calculations; report account performance
Maintain strong customer/seller relationships and resolve issues
Must-have skills:
Strong communication and customer-handling skills
Basic calculation and analytical ability (percentages, travel cost, discounts)
Coordination and multitasking
Comfortable with e‑commerce and account management tasks
Screening tasks:
Calculate percentages (e.g., 10% of ₹1,00,000)
Compute monthly travel cost from distance, petrol price, and mileage
Determine discount value using MRP, selling price, quantity, and sales value
