Startek Aegis BPO is hiring Customer Support Executives for the PhonePe Inbound Voice Process. This opportunity is ideal for graduates looking to build a career in Customer Support, BPO, and Voice Process operations.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer calls professionally.
Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
Assist customers with service-related concerns and transactions.
Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality.
Update customer details and call records in the system.
Escalate complex issues to the concerned team when required.

Eligibility Criteria

Freshers:

CTC: ₹21,500/month
Take Home: ₹16,500/month

Experienced Candidates:

CTC: Up to ₹23,500/month
Take Home: Up to ₹18,500/month
