Job Summary

Startek Aegis BPO is hiring Customer Support Executives for the PhonePe Inbound Voice Process. This opportunity is ideal for graduates looking to build a career in Customer Support, BPO, and Voice Process operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer calls professionally.

  • Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.

  • Assist customers with service-related concerns and transactions.

Experienced Candidates:

  • CTC: Up to ₹23,500/month

  • Take Home: Up to ₹18,500/month

  • 6 Days Working

  • Rotational Day Shift with Weekly Off
