Salary / CTC:

• Freshers: ₹25,000 CTC (₹20,000 Take Home)

• Experienced: ₹27,000 CTC (₹22,000 Take Home)

• 1+ Years Exp: ₹30,000 CTC (₹25,000 Take Home)

Shift & Working Days:

• Shift: 8 AM – 8 PM (Any 9 hours)

• 6 working days with 1 rotational weekly off

Experience Required:

• Freshers & Experienced candidates welcome

Educational Qualification:

• 12th Pass / Graduate (Any Stream)

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English & Kannada

• Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills

• Basic computer literacy (MS Office, typing, CRM tools)

• Ability to work in high-volume call environment

• Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience in banking or financial BPO

• Knowledge of banking products or loans

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer queries for SBI services

• Provide clear and timely solutions and updates

• Maintain detailed logs in CRM systems

• Escalate unresolved issues to relevant departments

• Ensure adherence to process and quality guidelines

• Support the team in achieving daily operational targets
