Job Description
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for the Razorpay Process (Tata). The role involves handling customer queries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring customer satisfaction through calls, emails, and chats.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer queries related to Razorpay products and services.
Provide accurate information and timely resolution to customers.
Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback.
Collaborate with internal teams for issue escalation and follow-up.
Requirements
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (mandatory).
Basic computer knowledge and typing proficiency.
Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving skills.
Salary
Freshers: ₹25,000 CTC (₹20,000 Take Home)
Experienced (up to 1 yr): ₹27,000 CTC (₹22,000 Take Home)
1+ year experience: ₹30,000 CTC (₹25,000 Take Home)
Work Details
Shift: 8 AM – 8 PM (Any 9-hour rotational shift)
Working Days: 6 days/week, 1 rotational off
