We are hiring Customer Support Executives for the Toyota process at Altruist Technologies. The role involves handling customer queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication and timely resolution.
🔹 Roles & Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
Address customer inquiries related to Toyota services and products
Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues effectively
Follow call handling procedures, scripts, and quality standards
Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions in the system
Escalate complex issues to the concerned team when required
Ensure customer satisfaction and meet defined performance metrics
Adhere to company policies, compliance, and shift schedules

Qualification: Graduate (Any stream)
Languages: Fluent English & Hindi (mandatory)
Experience: Freshers & experienced candidates welcome
Gender: Male

💰 Freshers:
₹23,000 CTC
₹20,000 Take Home
💰 Experienced (6+ months):
₹25,000 CTC
