Role Overview
As a Customer Support Executive, you will interact with customers to assist them with queries, provide accurate information, and guide them about available services. Your role will focus on ensuring a smooth customer experience and helping users understand the platform and its offerings.
Key Responsibilities
Handle outbound and follow-up calls with customers in a professional manner
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information
Clearly explain company services and how they can benefit the customer
Assist customers with queries, concerns, and basic issue resolution
Maintain and update customer details in the system
Follow up with customers to ensure query resolution and satisfaction
Work 6 days a week from the office
Candidate Requirements
Graduate or currently pursuing a degree
Good communication skills in English and Kannada
Basic computer knowledge (Tally knowledge is a plus)
Prior experience in customer support or calling roles is preferred
Patient, customer-focused, and willing to learn
Self-motivated with a positive attitude
