Job Responsibilities
Handle customer interactions professionally through the banking support process.
Assist customers with their banking-related queries and provide accurate information.
Resolve customer concerns in a timely and efficient manner.• Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism.
Record customer interactions and update system records accurately.
Follow company policies, banking guidelines, and quality standards.
Escalate complex issues to the concerned team whenever required.• Ensure confidentiality of customer information at all times.
