Job Title: Customer Support Executive
Location: Shivajinagar, Kudlu Gate, GB Palya
Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹17,000 (Take Home)

Qualifications Required:

  • Minimum 12th Pass or any Graduate

  • Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply

Languages Preferred:

  • Proficiency in English and any regional language (as per process requirement)

Job Role:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls

  • Resolve queries and provide accurate information to customers

  • Record details of customer interactions and maintain logs

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

  • Basic computer knowledge

  • Patience and problem-solving abilities

Work Details:
