We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries and provide quick and effective solutions. The role involves assisting customers with orders, payments, deliveries, refunds, cancellations. Candidates with good communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through calls and chat.
Handle and resolve delivery partner and customer issues , including delivery delays, order-related problems, payment concerns, app-related issues, and coordination with customers/restaurants.
Handle complaints professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
Follow up on unresolved customer complaints until closure.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and complaints.
Ensure a positive customer experience and achieve customer satisfaction targets.
Requirements
Good communication skills in English and Hindi/Gujarati.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
