Job Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls and queries related to loans and finance services
Provide information about loan status, documents, and repayments
Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally
Follow up with customers for pending documents and service requests
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer service
Update customer details in CRM / records
Ensure customer satisfaction and timely support
Skills Required:
Good communication skills (English & Telugu preferred)
Customer handling and problem-solving skills
Experience in customer support / client servicing (3+ years mandatory)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM)
Finance / loan industry experience preferred
