Job Description:-
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for our US-based Air Ticketing, Crew Booking, and Roadside Assistance process.
The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a customer-centric approach to handle customer queries efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:-
Handle customer inquiries through calls, emails, and chats.
Assist customers with air ticket bookings, modifications, cancellations, and travel-related information.
Coordinate crew booking and roadside assistance requests.
Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the system.
Ensure high-quality customer service and timely issue resolution.
Eligibility Criteria:-
Undergraduate or Graduate (Any Stream).
Good English communication skills (Verbal & Written).
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to work in rotational night shifts.
Shift Timings:-
07:00 PM to 09:00 AM (Any 9-hour rotational shift)
Salary & Benefits:-
₹18,000 Net In-Hand Salary
