The Customer Support Executive is responsible for handling client and tenant queries, resolving property-related issues, and ensuring smooth communication between property owners, tenants, and the management team. The main goal is to maintain customer satisfaction and support daily operations effectively.
Respond to customer calls, emails, and messages regarding property issues or inquiries.
Maintain records of customer interactions, complaints, and service requests.
Coordinate with maintenance and field teams for property-related concerns.
Provide updates to property owners and tenants on issue resolutions.
Explain company services, rental agreements, and policies clearly.
Follow up with customers to ensure timely problem resolution.
Support the sales and operations team with customer documentation and feedback.
Good communication skills (English, Hindi, and local language preferred).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, Excel).
Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
