We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle incoming calls from clients related to property inquiries. The role involves providing accurate information, resolving queries, and maintaining a professional relationship with customers.
Handle incoming calls from customers related to property details.
Provide clear information about available properties, pricing, and amenities.
Record customer inquiries and share details with the sales or property management team.
Maintain call records and update customer details in the system.
Ensure customer satisfaction through polite and professional communication.
Good communication skills in English and Kannada (Hindi is an advantage).
Basic computer knowledge.
Prior experience in customer service or real estate preferred, but not mandatory.
