Eligibility Criteria
Any Graduate (10+2+3) with minimum 1 year of experience

MBA Freshers can apply
Fluent communication in Hindi & English is mandatory
Versant Level 4 required
Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills preferred
Basic analytical and calculation skills required
Key Responsibilities
Handle seller and account-related queries professionally
Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and process support
Ensure timely query resolution and customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate records and follow process guidelines
Support account growth through effective communication and coordination
Shift & Work Details
6 Days Working
Rotational Shifts (Any 9 hours between 7 AM – 9 PM)
Rotational Week Off
Male & Female candidates both eligible
Work From Office role
Salary Structure
MBA Fresher:
CTC: Up to ₹25,000 per month
Take Home: Approx. ₹20,000 per month
Experienced Candidates:
CTC: Up to ₹30,000 per month
Take Home: Up to ₹25,000 per month
Apprentice Salary
Freshers: ₹22,500 stipend per month
Experienced Candidates: ₹27,000 stipend per month
