Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to vendors, fleet owners, or partners for data collection, verification, and operational coordination.

• Assist Category Managers in executing category-level strategies and initiatives.

• Ensure accurate documentation and data entry of product/vendor information into internal systems.

• Resolve vendor queries and follow up on pending actions.

• Maintain reports and trackers to monitor performance and operational health.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Supply, Operations, and Technology.

  Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

  • Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.

  • Basic working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.

  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
