Make outbound calls to vendors, fleet owners, or partners for data collection, verification, and operational coordination.
Assist Category Managers in executing category-level strategies and initiatives.
Ensure accurate documentation and data entry of product/vendor information into internal systems.
Resolve vendor queries and follow up on pending actions.
Maintain reports and trackers to monitor performance and operational health.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Supply, Operations, and Technology.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
Basic working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
