Job Summary
We are looking for a confident and responsible Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls, manage B2C and B2B inquiries, and ensure timely follow-ups through calls and emails. The role requires clear communication, basic computer knowledge, and a disciplined work approach. Key Responsibilities
Calling & Customer Handling
•
Handle inbound calls from customers, dealers, and business inquiries.
•
Make outbound calls for follow-ups, inquiry verification, lead generation, and coordination.
•
Provide accurate information about company products, services, and processes.
•
Maintain polite, professional, and clear communication at all times.
Email & Inquiry Management
•
Check daily emails for B2C and B2B inquiries.
•
Respond to customer and dealer emails in a timely and professional manner.
•
Coordinate with internal departments for inquiry resolution and updates.
Lead & Data Management
•
Record call details, inquiries, and follow-up status in Excel/CRM as instructed.
•
Ensure proper tracking and closure of inquiries.
•
Share daily call and inquiry status with the reporting manager.
Coordination & Support
•
Coordinate with Sales, Dispatch, and Service teams when required.
•
Support the sales team with lead follow-ups and customer communication.
•
Follow company policies, reporting structure, and work discipline.
