📅 Working Days: 5.5 days/week

💰 Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹22,000 + Incentives up to ₹30,000/month (Total: ₹53,000/month!)

### Job Summary:

TRUE TARGET SOLUTIONS is hiring energetic and goal-oriented Customer Care Executives (Outbound) to join our high-performing team. If you're passionate about communication and motivated by performance-based earnings, this is the opportunity for you!

### Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers.

• Promote company products/services and generate interest.

• Follow up with leads to ensure conversions.

• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.

• Minimum 12th pass or Graduate.

• Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English understanding is a plus.

• Prior experience in outbound calling or sales is preferred (Freshers can also apply).
