We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join our International Voice Process team. You will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional service over phone calls to international clients.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for international customers.

• Understand customer queries and provide accurate information or solutions.
