Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹21,000 (in hand)
Work Schedule: 6 days a week, Day Shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls efficiently and professionally.

• Resolve queries, concerns, and complaints with a problem-solving mindset.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

• Provide timely and relevant information to ensure issue resolution.

• Coordinate with other teams to escalate and resolve complex cases.

• Meet performance targets including customer satisfaction and issue resolution.

Job Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in customer service or telecalling.

• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).

• Graduate (minimum qualification).

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Willingness to work 6 days a week in a day shift.
