**Job Title:** Customer Service Executive – Voice Process (PhonePe)
**Location:**
Mundhwa-Kharadi Bypass, Kharadi South Main Road, Pune – 411014
**Salary:**
* Fresher: Up to ₹25,000 CTC
* Experienced: Up to ₹35,000 CTC (based on last drawn)
**Shift & Working Days:**
* Rotational Shifts (6 days working, 1 day week off)
* Female candidates: Day shift till 8 PM
* Male candidates: Complete rotational
**Education Qualification:**
* Graduate (any stream) – Mandatory
**Experience:**
* Freshers can apply
* Prior experience in BPO / Customer Service is preferred
**Languages Required:**
* **Mandatory:** English & Hindi
* **Preferred (added advantage):** Malayalam, Tamil, Kannada, Telugu, Bengali, Gujarati, Oriya, Assamese
**Skills Required:**
* Excellent verbal communication (English & Hindi)
* Good listening and problem-solving skills
* Customer handling skills with patience & empathy
* Basic computer knowledge (typing & MS Office/CRM tools)
* Clear pronunciation & neutral accent (No MTI/RTI)
* Ability to work in rotational shifts

**Job Role & Responsibilities:**
* Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to PhonePe services
* Resolve queries, complaints, and provide accurate information

* Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams when required
* Maintain service quality and meet process compliance standards
