Theryco is looking for a Customer Complaints Executive to manage and resolve tickets raised by Amazon for all our Delhi-based locations. If you are experienced in the
e-commerce sector, have strong email communication skills, and are ready to hit the ground running — we’d love to hear from you!
What you will do:
Handle and resolve customer complaints/tickets raised by Amazon.
Coordinate with internal teams to investigate and close tickets efficiently.
Draft clear, professional responses via email.
Track, document, and escalate recurring issues.
Ensure timely resolution within defined SLAs.
What We’re Looking For:
Graduate with 2–3 years of relevant experience in e-commerce or customer support.
Strong written communication and email drafting skills.
Good understanding of Amazon’s seller/customer service ecosystem.
Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work under pressure.
Immediate joiners preferred.
