Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive – Domestic Voice Process with a banking sector organization.

This role is a voice-based customer support profile, where you will be handling inbound and outbound calls related to banking services. The process is completely domestic, so you’ll be interacting with Indian customers only.

The work location is Bangalore, Marathahalli .

Languages Required
Good English with Malayalam or Tamil

Eligibility

  • Graduates or Undergraduates can apply

  • Freshers and experienced candidates are both eligible

  • Good communication skills are mandatory

Work Schedule

  • 6 days working, 1 rotational weekly off

  • Shift timings are gender-specific:

    • Female candidates: Morning shifts (6 AM–3 PM / 7 AM–4 PM)

    • Male candidates: Evening/Night shifts (3 PM–12 AM / 4 PM–1 AM)
