Make or receive calls to assist customers with inquiries, complaints, or purchases. Maintain detailed records of interactions and escalate unresolved issues. Deliver excellent customer service while meeting performance metrics.

• Fresher & Experience both can Apply.
• Graduates & Undergraduates.
• Six days working and 1 rotational Week off.
Males - 24/7 (Rotational Shift)
• Females - Day Shift between 7 Am - 7 Pm
