Key Responsibilities of the Service Coordinator Role:

• Act as the main point of contact for customers to understand and fulfill service needs

• Prepare and share quotations for machine servicing materials

• Coordinate daily schedules of service engineers and assign service calls

• Track and ensure timely resolution of service calls

• Generate and share service reports with concerned departments

• Manage AMCs (Annual Maintenance Contracts), lease agreements, and COCO operations

• Handle service payments, follow-ups, and expense reports

• Supervise lease machine operations and labor under service contracts
