Handle inbound customer calls for SBI banking services.
Resolve customer queries related to accounts, transactions, and banking services.
Provide accurate information and support while maintaining service quality standards.

Maintain confidentiality of customer information and follow process guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria
PUC / 12th Pass.

Good communication skills in English and Malayalam
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

Salary & Benefits
💰 CTC: ₹20,000 per month
💵 Take-Home Salary: ₹16,000 per month+Incentievs upto ₹50,000 per month
