We are hiring Customer Support Executives to join our team in Marathahalli/Hebbal, Bangalore. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

• Provide correct and complete information to customers.

• Meet daily/weekly performance metrics and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Qualification: Graduate preferred.

• Experience: Freshers and Experienced .

• Languages: Proficiency in English and regional languages (if any) is a plus.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.

• Work Days: 6 days a week (1 weekly off)Domestic process / International process 5 days a week (2 weekly off).

• Shift: Rotational or Day Shift (as per company schedule).

• Location Requirement: Must be able to work from office in Marathahalli/Hebbal, Bangalore.

• No Deposits Required: This job does not require any upfront payment or deposit.
