Roles and Responsibilities of a Customer Support Executive (BPO/KPO):
- To escalate the queries of the customer via Chats and Calls. Resolve the Customer issue for the international customer.
- To provide the best resolution to the customers. Maintain a better relationship with the customers.
- Meet the customers’ requirements and provide them satisfaction with the best resolution of their queries.
Key Skills:
The candidates with excellent spoken English, good communication skills.
Fresher and experienced both can apply.
Qualification:
- Fresh candidate / Experienced / Any Graduate / Any under Graduate /Candidate from any Stream with good command over English
- Working Days: 5 days working
- Timings: 7 PM TO 4 AM / Night Shift
