We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle client queries, assist travel agents/suppliers, and ensure smooth booking & service experience. The candidate will act as the first point of contact for customers and provide timely resolutions.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries via calls, emails & chat
Assist clients with bookings, cancellations & modifications
Coordinate with internal teams, travel agents & suppliers
Provide accurate information about travel services/packages
Resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner
Maintain proper records of customer interactions
Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality
🎯 Requirements:
Graduate (any stream)
Good communication skills (Hindi + Basic English)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email handling)
Customer handling & problem-solving skills
Positive attitude & patience
💡 Preferred (Not Mandatory):
Experience in customer support / travel industry
Knowledge of travel bookings, visa, hotel or ticketing
