We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle client queries, assist travel agents/suppliers, and ensure smooth booking & service experience. The candidate will act as the first point of contact for customers and provide timely resolutions.

  • Handle customer queries via calls, emails & chat

  • Assist clients with bookings, cancellations & modifications
