Customer Support Executive

We are looking for a Voice Process Executive to manage inbound/outbound calls and provide support to customers in a professional and efficient manner. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries via phone calls in a timely and courteous manner

• Resolve customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution

• Maintain customer records by updating account information

• Achieve targets for call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction

• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams

• Stay updated on product knowledge and process changes
