We are looking for well-spoken, enthusiastic, and customer-focused individuals to resolve customer queries with empathy, clarity, and professionalism. The role includes assisting customers via voice, chat, and email while ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer queries via chat, calls, and email.
• Provide accurate and timely resolutions with a polite and positive tone.
• Build trust with customers through empathetic and effective communication.
• Understand products and services to deliver efficient troubleshooting.
• Escalate unresolved or complex issues to appropriate internal teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation and customer interaction records.
Required Skills:
• Customer Support (Voice/Chat/Email)
• Problem Solving & Active Listening
• Typing Skills: Minimum 30 WPM with 95% accuracy
• Excellent English & Hindi communication
• Empathy, patience, customer-first mindset
• Detail-oriented and flexible
