Job Title: Tech Support Executive (Fresher)

Job Summary:
Targix Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated fresher to join our team as a Tech Support Executive. The role involves providing basic technical assistance, handling user queries, and supporting daily operational activities within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide basic technical support for computers, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment.

• Assist in troubleshooting common hardware and software issues.

• Support employees with routine corporate computer tasks (email setup, MS Office, file management, etc.).

• Record and maintain logs of issues and resolutions.

• Communicate effectively with users in Marathi and Hindi; basic English preferred.

• Coordinate with the operations team to streamline daily processes.

• Escalate unresolved issues to senior technical staff as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Basic understanding of IT devices (computers, printers, routers, mobile devices).

• Fundamental corporate computer skills (MS Office, email handling, data entry).

• Good communication skills in Marathi and Hindi.

• Strong problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn.

• Basic operational and coordination skills.

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass or any graduate (freshers eligible).
