Handle customer calls professionally and efficiently.
Address customer queries, resolve concerns and manage complaints.
Keep records of customer interactions and follow up when required.
Provide customers with accurate information to help resolve their issues.
Job Requirements:
Education: Minimum 12th pass / Any Graduate
Handle inbound and outbound customer support calls.
Communicate clearly with customers in Malayalam / Telugu / Kannada.
Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
Resolve customer issues professionally and within defined timelines.
Update customer information accurately in the system.
Follow company processes and quality standards.
Escalate complex issues to the relevant team when required.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Requirements
Education: Minimum 12th pass / Any Graduate
Experience:
0 – 4 years of experience in Customer Support, Voice Process, BPO, or Tele calling is preferred.
