Shift timing: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Handle customer calls with empathy and professionalism
Assist customers with product and service queries (voice & non-voice)
Record customer interactions and ensure follow-ups are resolved efficiently
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments
Act as a brand ambassador and contribute to a delightful customer experience

Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service (voice/non-voice)
Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage pressure
Must be a current or former pet parent
Preferred: Experience in an e-commerce environment
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any field
