Job Summary:
SuperSeva Global Services is looking for a Customer Support Executive with strong English communication skills (both verbal and written). The ideal candidate will handle customer queries, provide timely support, and ensure a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and chats to assist customers with queries and service requests.
• Provide clear and professional communication while resolving customer issues.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM/system.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns.
• Follow standard procedures, SLAs, and quality guidelines.
• Manage shift duties responsibly and adapt to rotational work schedules.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support or a similar role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to handle customers professionally and patiently.
• Male candidates only, as per job requirement.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with support systems/CRMs.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
• Prior experience in voice or blended customer support.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
