- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- OR 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
*Salary:* ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 (fixed) + PF + ESI
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries, complaints via phone/email/chat.
- Resolve issues promptly; ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain records, update CRM, and coordinate with teams.
- Meet daily targets and quality standards.
Requirements
- Good communication (Hindi + English).
- Basic computer skills and typing speed.
- Freshers/experienced welcome.
- Comfortable with given shift timings.
