About the Role

We’re looking for a Customer Support / IRO Intern who can handle day-to-day customer interactions and ensure a smooth onboarding experience. This role is ideal for someone who wants to start a career in customer support and operations.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries via calls, emails, and chat (45–50 interactions per day)
Provide clear and accurate information to customers
Assist users during the onboarding process (InOne Onboard)
Maintain records and update CRM systems regularly
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues
Meet daily targets while maintaining service quality

Eligibility Criteria

Open to graduates, undergraduates, or students pursuing any degree
Basic to good English communication skills (spoken and written)
Comfortable working in rotational shifts
Willing to work from office in Noida
