Job Description:
The ideal candidate should be highly soft spoken and ready to work in customer support. Customer Service Executives are required to answer incoming calls from customers for various reasons and make outbound calls to customer answer inquiries, resolve complaints and provide information.
Roles and Responsibilities
Associate will be responsible for handling incoming and outbound calls from customers/Patients.
Answer calls professionally to provide information about Doctor schedule, hospital services, book and cancel appointments, or obtain details of complaints.
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken in the CRM.
Associate must reply to those queries in a set format.
Responsible to book the doctor appointments on a web portal.

Customer Service Executive plays a critical role in providing an interface between customers and the client company. The major skills and competencies that we are looking for in a candidate are:

Qualifications/Other Requirements
Any Graduate/Preferably Science Graduate
1 to 3 years of experience in Customer Service.
*Should be fluent in English & Hindi*
Candidate should be comfortable with Rotational Shifts & Week offs.
Designation: Patient Relationship Officer
Salary: 16,000/- to 20,000/- CTC
