We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers and will handle inquiries, complaints, and support requests via phone, email, or chat. Fluency in both English and Hindi is essential to effectively communicate with our diverse customer base.
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner.
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues with a focus on first-contact resolution.
Provide accurate product and service information to customers.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant internal departments when necessary.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide a positive customer experience at all times.
Meet performance targets such as customer satisfaction scores, call handling time, and resolution rates.
Any graduate.
Fluent in English and Hindi.
Prior experience in a customer support or call center environment is an advantage.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with customer support tools/CRMs.
Ability to work in rotational shifts (including weekends, if required).
Based in or willing to relocate to Bangalore.
