We are looking for Customer Support Executives to join STARTEK for the SBI Mutual Fund Process. This role involves handling customer interactions, resolving queries, and delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer calls professionally and efficiently.
• Assist customers with queries related to SBI Mutual Fund products and services.
• Resolve customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up activities.
• Escalate complex issues to the relevant department when required.
• Achieve customer service and performance targets.
Job Requirements:
• Graduate candidates only.
• Freshers and experienced candidates (0–3 years) can apply.
• English and Hindi communication skills are mandatory.
• Basic computer knowledge is required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Willing to work 6 days a week in rotational shifts.
Salary:
• Freshers: ₹23,000 CTC (Approx. ₹18,000 Take Home)
• Experienced Candidates: ₹25,000 CTC (Approx. ₹20,000 Take Home)
