We are looking for a dedicated and fluent English-speaking International Customer Support Executive to handle inbound and outbound customer interactions for our USA-based clients. The candidate will be responsible for resolving customer queries, providing product/service information, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat support for US customers.
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests in a professional manner.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
Maintain customer records and update CRM systems regularly.
Follow communication scripts and quality guidelines.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly performance targets.
Coordinate with internal departments for issue resolution.
Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
Neutral or American accent preferred.
Good listening and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, Email handling).
Ability to work in night shifts and rotational offs.
Positive attitude and team-working ability.
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate.
Freshers and Experienced both can apply.
Prior BPO / International Call Center experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
