This role is about fulfilment of EPR compliance of companies which deal in 5-10
multiple EPRs like plastic, battery, used oil etc. The candidate needs to ensure that the entire legal compliance of the client is taken care of in a professional manner without any surprises to the team as well as the customer.
Key Highlights of role:
Customer:
a. KYC: understanding the customer continuously through regular communication calls,
emails, messages etc
b. Explaining legal requirements, documents to customers and getting required details.
c. Verification of details, and analysis of the same to build audit proof documentation.
d. Submission of online application forms quickly, continuously, and round the clock.
e. Assisting the customer with all kinds of queries in the entire lifecycle of compliance
2. Team:
a. Daily work planning and coordinating with the team.
b. Transparent, and professional communication and keeping everyone informed
about the work.
Qualifications Required:
1. Communication skills:

c. Good with writing, speaking, reading, and listening in English, Marathi, and Hindi
